NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AWARD PRESENTED TO DR. RICK WILLER

	HERSHEY, Pa., Nov. 7, 2005 - Dr.Rick Willer, Arizona State Veterinarian, was 
honored by state regulatory officials during the opening joint general session of the 
United States Animal Health Association (USAHA) and the American Association of 
Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD).  More than 1,400 people are at the 
conference here, a record-breaking attendance for the fourth consecutive year.

	Dr. David Thain, Nevada State Veterinarian and president of the National 
Assembly of State Animal Health Officials, presented this year's National Assembly's 
annual award to Dr. Willer, who was chosen for his outstanding contributions to U.S. 
animal health in the regulatory field.

	Dr. Willer has served as USAHA president for the past year.
