REFUND POLICY
Registrants of the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meetings may cancel their registration by notifying the USAHA Office. Cancellations prior to the start of the meeting on October 6, 2022, will receive a refund of their fees less $25. No Cancellation will be accepted after respective start of the meetings on October 6, 2022. USAHA nor AAVLD hold no responsibility for cancellation fees associated with lodging, travel or other expenses to the individual registrant.

USAHA collects information for use in direct purposes of membership and/or annual meeting for communication, information and data management. USAHA does not sell or share member or registrant information with third parties. See USAHA's Privacy Policy at www.usaha.org.
AAVLD registrant business information (mailing address and email) will be shared with meeting vendors and sponsors to facilitate communication and meeting invitations.
