Registrants of the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meetings may cancel their registration by notifying the USAHA Office. Cancellations prior to the start of the meeting (October 15, 2020) will receive a refund of their fees less $25. Cancellations may be made until October 28, 2020 with a refund of fees less $75. No cancellations are accepted after October 28, 2020. USAHA nor AAVLD hold no responsibility for cancellation fees associated with lodging, travel or other expenses to the individual registrant.
USAHA collects information for use in direct purposes of membership and/or annual meeting for communication, information and data management. USAHA does not sell or share member or registrant information with third parties.
AAVLD registrant business information (mailing address and email) will be shared with meeting vendors and sponsors to facilitate communication and meeting invitations.
By registering for the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meeting, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guest voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 and agree not to hold USAHA, AAVLD, their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers for any illness or injury.
