On-line Registration Information — Please read carefully

The deadline for online registration is October 22.

USAHA uses a secure online registration system, Computility, for its online registrations. Please have your user name (email) and password ready to complete your online registration. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one after selecting the appropriate link below.

USAHA accepts payments of MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Invoices can also be created if you wish to mail a check with your registration. Online registration is encouraged to ensure accuracy of your registration.

Interested in joining USAHA and/or AAVLD? Please use the following form as a new member of one or both of the organizations. With your new membership, you will receive registration at the discounted member rate. Dues will be applied for 2011 calendar year. USAHA dues are $150 and AAVLD are $125, annually.

USAHA Annual Meeting Registration Disclaimer

The Annual Meeting of the United States Animal Health Association is open to any individual interested in the mission and goals of the Association.

Registration

To participate in any of the meeting sessions, registration is required. Non-registered individuals attending sessions will be given the opportunity to register, or be escorted from the premises.

Refunds

Registrants of the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meetings may cancel their registration by notifying the USAHA Office. Cancellations prior to the start of the meeting will receive a refund of their fees less $25. Cancellations may be made for up to one full week (7 days) following the close of the meeting, with a refund of fees less $75. No cancellations are accepted after 7 days of the close of the meeting. USAHA nor AAVLD hold no responsibility for cancellation fees associated with lodging, travel or other expenses to the individual registrant.

Accommodations

USAHA and AAVLD maintain a block of rooms at the host hotel for registrants of the meeting. Rooms are made available on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals are exclusively responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. Though USAHA is diligent to ensure quality accommodations for attendees, USAHA provides no guarantee of accommodations to registrants and cannot be held liable for damages.

Conduct

Attendees to the meeting will be expected to conduct themselves in a civil manner. Disruptive behavior, which may include but not limited to protests, lewd conduct or language, or other prevention of committee deliberation and business, will be just cause for expulsion from the meeting. Expulsion includes the forfeiture of registration fees, membership dues, or any other costs incurred by the individual in relation to the meeting. Disruptive individuals, as deemed by USAHA officers, directors, staff or committee leaders, will be turned over to hotel security and local authorities. USAHA, AAVLD or hotel will not be held liable for any damages incurred by an individual exhibiting disruptive behavior.
