About AAVLD: The AAVLD promotes continuous improvement and public awareness of veterinary diagnostic laboratories by advancing the discipline of veterinary diagnostic laboratory science.  The AAVLD provides avenues for education, communication, peer-reviewed publication, collaboration, outreach, and laboratory accreditation.

Registration Refunds

Registrants of the USAHA/AAVLD Annual Meetings may cancel their registration by notifying the USAHA Office. Cancellations prior to the start of the meeting will receive a refund of their fees less $25. Cancellations may be made for up to one full week (7 days) following the close of the meeting, with a refund of fees less $75. No cancellations are accepted after 7 days of the close of the meeting. USAHA nor AAVLD hold no responsibility for cancellation fees associated with lodging, travel or other expenses to the individual registrant.

Hotel Cancellations
USAHA and AAVLD contract a block of rooms in the host hotel where the meeting takes place in an effort to minimize costs to both the groups and attendees.  If we do not fill this block of rooms, the group is financially responsible to the hotel for the number of room nights we are short.  With this in mind, we ask that you remain mindful of your hotel reservations. If you have a reservation and need to cancel, we ask that you do so as soon as you know.
